    Welcome
In 1997 we started gardening with hostas. Then came daylilies and any other perennials we could find. The more plants we collected the harder it was to keep them marked. With over 33 years of metal finishing experience Ken went to work on designing the perfect plant marker. After several prototypes he found this design and finish has everything we could want in a plant marker.

Our plant markers are unique because the jog in the stake keeps them from turning, can be used with any size plant, be arranged to blend in with the foliage or to stand out, are easy to locate and read, stay where you put them and are very durable. If a mistake is made labeling your plant marker or if you lose a plant and don't replace it, no problem, touch up your plant marker with a little black spray paint and relabel.

We use high quality steel for the tag and stake then finish both parts with a UV tolerant black powder coat paint finish that withstands all weather conditions. The marking pens are fade proof, and the extra fine point makes labeling neat and easy.

We now have over 400 plant markers in our gardens. With encouragement from our friends we started Plant Markers by K & S and now we would like to offer our plant markers to you.

In the spring we look forward to hearing the soft chiming of our plant markers telling us our gardens are waking up and will be giving us another summer filled with beautiful colors and wonderful fragrances.

Happy Gardening,
Ken and Sue
